The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

The arbitration proceedings will proceed without disregarding any other mentioned provisions. The services offered on this site are exclusively for use in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or any other location agreed upon by both parties. This clause establishes the arbitration process as the primary method for dispute resolution, ruling out any legal actions contradicting this process in the domiciled courts by either party.

The TheAmberImperia finance department meticulously reviews each withdrawal request. Before processing your withdrawal, you'll need to provide identifying documents. Processing your request can take up to 3 business days, and after approval, an additional 5 days may be required for the funds to reflect in your account.

Here are the minimum withdrawal amounts for TheAmberImperia trading accounts: USD:

• $100, EUR: €100, GBP: £100, ETH: 0.1 ETH, LTC: 1.5 LTC, Dash: 0.3 Dash, BTC: 0.026 BTC.

Sometimes, we might need more information from you to accelerate your withdrawal process. Should this occur, our support team will reach out for the required details.

We offer attractive reward features, including additional funds and one-time trading credits. Keep in mind that the terms and availability attached to these additional funds may vary. To withdraw the additional funds, you have to accomplish a trading volume of at least 1 lot for every $1 of additional funds. The withdrawal can only proceed once this condition is met. Withdrawing funds from the account before meeting the additional fund conditions would result in cancellation and removal of the funds from the account.

TheAmberImperia services are compatible with third-party software. Note, these third-party software providers operate independently from us. If you choose to use them, ensure that you understand the associated risks and terms and conditions. It's crucial to be cautious and perform due diligence when dealing with third-party software. We will not be held accountable for any losses, actions, errors, or grievances resulting from the use of third-party software.

While we strive to maintain our services, we can't be held responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, defects, unauthorized access, or site alterations. We exclude liability for any technical issues relating to telephone networks, computer systems, servers, or internet traffic congestion affecting the site or services.

Our liability does not extend to any loss or damage resulting from site use or any user behaviour, online or offline. Also, our cumulative liability to you can't exceed the amount of money transferred or deposited in your account on the site tied to the transaction that caused the liability.

This agreement is under the law applicable in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

To expedite all withdrawal requests, traders must comply with TheAmberImperia's Know Your Customer (KYC) identification process. Traders must present all necessary documents and information for secure and accurate processing of their funds.Withdrawal requests typically get processed within 4-7 business days. However, the refund duration may vary based on compliance, chosen withdrawal methods, and any additional security measures. Clients are advised to regularly follow up independently with their banks. Note that refund requests must follow the method of the initial deposit.

Several fees apply, including a Rollover Fee for overnight positions and a fee of 0.01% for Cryptocurrency Pairs. Withdrawal fees vary based on the method (Credit/Debit Card: 5%, Bank Transfers (SEPA): 10 USD / 10 EUR / 10 GBP, Bank Transfers (Other): 25 USD / 25 EUR / 25 GBP). An Inactivity Fee of 5% per month applies after 30 days of no trading activity or a minimum of open positions totaling 100 USD/EUR/GBP or more, starting from the first month.

TheAmberImperia Premium Trading Accounts impose a Management Fee of 2% of the net asset value (NAV) over a 12-month period. A Performance Fee of 20% applies to your fund's profits. The method for calculating the Performance Fee is detailed in the documentation.Discounts are offered for Capital Lockup, and additional fees apply for the Overnight Funding Fee, Currency Conversion Fee, and Guarantee Stop Order. To engage in trading and seek potentially rewarding investment opportunities, customers of TheAmberImperia must deposit funds into their online accounts. Subsequent profits can then be withdrawn from these online accounts. It's essential to remember that both deposits and withdrawals are subject to the WD (Withdrawal) policy, alongside the standard terms and conditions that apply to all transactions.

To start trading on TheAmberImperia, all deposits must originate from a single source, such as a bank account registered under your name and in your country of residence. We require a SWIFT confirmation to verify the legitimacy of the funds and identify their origin for trading purposes. Ignoring this WD (Withdrawal) policy may limit your ability to deposit funds via bank or wire transfer. Additionally, if your account stays inactive for three (3) consecutive months, a 10% monthly deduction will be implemented. Therefore, regular logins and active participation in trading activities are crucial to avoid this deduction.

Withdrawals from your account must be executed using the same credit card, bank account, or crypto wallet initially used for the deposit, in line with established laws and regulations. Withdrawals will be effected in the currency of the original deposit unless otherwise specified. Be aware that employing different payment methods for deposits or withdrawals may attract further fees and restrictions for trading purposes. Withdrawals are subject to handling and processing fees, which will be charged from the withdrawal amount. You can find detailed information about the fee structure on Mytrademate. Moreover, TheAmberImperia reserves the right to process withdrawals through a different method than the one used for the deposit, as long as it adheres to anti-money-laundering rules. During the withdrawal process, you might be required to furnish additional information and documentation to ensure compliance.
